China’s automatic pipe bender design technology facing the problem

Electric pipe bender is mainly used for 5.08 cm (2 inches) below the pipe bending, bending radius is generally less than 25.4 cm (10 inches). For larger bending radius, generally can not find the relative adaptation of the machine and mold. For bending radius greater than 30.48 cm (12 inches) bending mold is not only a large investment, and the process of casting mold deformation is also difficult to control, while the design of this mold also requires considerable technical accumulation.
